PANCAKE HEAVEN | THE PUDDING PANTRY, NOTTINGHAM

If you're not sold on this place by the first image then I'll be very very surprised. The Pudding Pantry is a super cute cafe in the Cornerhouse area of Nottingham which has one of the most delicious and indulgent menus ever. From breakfast and brunch to pancakes and cakes, this cafe has a savoury or sweet dish for you. 

Dayo and I went as a birthday treat and its the perfect place to have a gossip over some delicious food. I was in the mood for something sweet so went for their Tiramisu pancakes, which were most probably the best pancakes I've ever had. The tiramisu flavoured cream and strawberries were the most delicious pairing for the pancakes! Dayo had The Pantry's Eggs Benedict which was their unique take on Eggs Benedict but on pancakes. It sounds slight odd at first but I can confirm it was also a winner. We washed it down with a hot chocolate and an iced latte to sum up the afternoon. 

If you're ever looking to treat yourself to brunch in Nottingham, definitely give this place a try!
